Just Another Short Film

Just Another Short film which, I assure you, is pretty damn awesome - Probably one of my best Halo moments of all time! Bouncy Cat Productions FTW!

Update: Trailer next Friday, Another Short Film tomorrow

Hello everyone (and by everyone I mean the two people who visit the blog),
Due to a large amount of cutting getting done today (well actually yesterday), I can say that, if nothing catastrophic happens the trailer for Just Another Day On the Job will be release next Friday - all we need to do is add dialogue! There will also be another short film (similar to the trip mine one), which will be posted tomorrow and is very, very cool (I should know, I did it!).

Expect updates more frequently now. We need to market Day On the Job; blog about it, post on forums e.t.c. Help us, so we can help you (I don't really know how we'll help you...). Really I shouldn't really be asking you to help us market it until you see some footage, but I will anyway, because that's how I (Rick) roll.

I can't promise you it will be amazing and it doesn't really get going (or becomes hugely funny) until episode 7 (basically I wrote episodes 1-6 a long time ago), but we'll release a few good specials! However, what I can promise is it will be better than Deserted, because seriously that Machinima sucks, I mean Russian Elites - What the fuck! I do realise I'm unintentionally plugging them, but it really is shit! One of their videos has over 300,000 views! How! So make sure something better has more views!
Thanks for Reading!

Short "wtf?" Film.

Hello Everyone,
Just a short film today, not an actual trailer - just a tester, from a game in which we played. They'll be a few more of these before the trailer is released. Enjoy! (though there's not much to enjoy)

Trailer Delayed

That's basically it. The trailer is delayed and will probably take another two weeks to release (due to the editing schedule). So in the meantime do something fun, play some Halo 3 - The new maps are awesome!

Yes, it is Still Happening.

Ok, this blog is basically telling you that we still exist and are working on the Machinima as you probably read this, and yes; May still looks like the release date, although it will be late May. Also, we will try and get a trailer out by Friday week, so you'll actually have a reason to come to the site. Also I wanted to give you a little information of how it Day on the Job will work when it is released:
- One episode will be released every two weeks, generally on a Friday.
- The First Season will run for Twelve Episodes, each about four minutes in length.
- There will be a Mini-Series running for four episodes after the First Season Finishes.

Blogs will be also set up for the three leading characters. Currently McLaughlin's one exists. Go on it and get and incite into his crazy world of kittens and sandwiches! Just to say it's not written by me, although I did create the character, it is written by Matt, McLaughlin's voice actor, who is basically the other key person on the Machinima and may be blogging here aswell. He's kinda more involved on the tech side of the machinima, whereas I'm on the writing and drama side.

I will try to set up the other blogs for Park and Sarge (*cough* Red vs. Blue) later this month. Just to clear things up I voice act for those two. I should give a mention to (Sami) Akbulut who is helping out a lot with machinima relate activities and will voice a yet to be revealed character later in the series (yes, there will be more than three characters *shock*). Also, there are some other people I should give a shout out to, but frankly I really can't be bothered.

And finally just to say, thanks for the offers of help, but right now we are fine doing what we're doing. I promise though if I ever do need some help, I will ask for it.

So that's pretty much it. The Short is: Trailer in two weeks, Machinima premiere Late in May. Stay tuned: things are about to get interesting...
